CHRISTMAS TIME 2012

A couple of things about Christmas:

• Malia loves Santa, Keely does not
• The girls both love their babies they got from Santa.  Such maternal little girls they are.
• Live Christmas trees are the best.  We love to decorate them and smell them through New Years
• We did all the Gingerbread house making, light viewing, Christmas program-ing, and Santa photo-ing and it was a blast.
• We opened presents at our house Christmas day then boarded a plane to go up north and visit Kirk's family- so so awesome.
• We went to San Francisco with everyone.  It was cold but fun.  We saw museums and seals.  We ate clam chowder and cookies.  We rode carousels and enjoyed car rides.  We love those Schillings.
• We got suitcases and Sonic care toothbrushes, baby strollers and new clothes.  Keely preferred the ribbons and wrapping to her new ball and new shoes.
• Malia scored the most at Christmas.  Puzzles, coloring books, princess dolls and a baby that laughs and drinks a bottle.
• And how is it already February now?  Sheesh.

Travis and Ginny get Married!!

Right after Thanksgiving 2012, my brother Travis married the most awesome girl in the world- Ginny!!!  We were so excited to celebrate their day and love them so incredibly much!  They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Newport Beach temple and got to honeymoon in Hawaii!  Life is good.  Welcome to the family Ginny!  We love you!

Bike Riding Days

I've been dreaming of this day!  Both girls riding together in our bike trailer on our way to an adventure!  To my delight, they loved it (Malia is not the biggest fan of photo ops).  With a picnic and some blankets we went to the park as a family and had a great time.

Keely, the Crawling Master

 I forgot to mention that our Keely Bear finally learned how to crawl at 10 months!  She was a little late (most likely due to her robust size;) but now is crawling quickly all over the place!  She can get to whatever she wants now and is into all sorts of things!

Stop growing Keely Weely!  You'll be a year old next month?!!!  Agh!!!!!

Lake Arrowhead 2013!

 We went to the snow!  We had such a great time. Three cheers to our good friends the Clevelands who let us stay in their amazing "cabin!"  We have the best ward in the world and we LOVE all our friends down here.  We are lucky.  Malia was pretty stoked for her 1st trip to the snow (well at least that she would remember).

 Malia and I got to go tubing while Keely and daddy took a long winter's nap.  Kirk and Keely weren't feeling good for most of the trip which was a total bummer!
